Midwest Sports Publishing Network (MSPN) was born in the spring of 1988 with a publishing dream and a single phone line in a home office. As avid grassroots outdoor and motorsports enthusiasts, we have dedicated the past 20 years to serving the interests of organized motorsports and outdoor enthusiast groups. Today, MSPN publishes a variety of award winning magazines and is recognized as a leader in journalism, photography, special interest communications, targeted and certified circulation, target marketing and respective sales specifics. In addition, MSPN publishes Minnesota Off-Road, the official publication of the All-Terrain Vehicle Association of Minnesota (ATVAM) and Minnesota 4WD Association; the Haydays World Championship program, official publication for the Sno-Barons snowmobile club; Duluth National Snocross publication for the Duluth Convention and Visitors Bureau; ISOC Championship Snocross Series Yearbook the official publication for the International Series of Champions national snocross tour; the WSA Pro-Ice and Hillcross program; and Minnesota Snowmobiling Destinations and Minnesota ATVentures, official Minnesota Office of Tourism publications. Finally MSPN publishes the Minnesota Department of Natural Resources (DNR) Safety Laws, Rules and Regulations publications for OHV, waterfowl, fishing, hunting and snowmobiling rulebooks.
